What Chimnova is

Chimnova is an advertising and referral service. We connect homeowners with independent chimney service professionals in their area. Services are performed by independent third-party providers. Chimnova does not perform chimney work and is not a contractor.

Referrals

• The professionals we refer are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their work, licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, and any warranties.
• The consultation is offered for coming through Chimnova and is honored by participating independent professionals. Any additional benefits are agreed individually with each customer.
• Compensation and your information: Chimnova may receive compensation from participating independent contractors in connection with referrals. When you submit a request, we share your contact and project details with the contractor assigned to your request; that contractor may contact you only about the specific service you requested. Any marketing communications from a contractor require your separate consent given directly to that contractor.
• Chimnova does not guarantee the outcome, quality, timing, or price of any work performed by independent professionals.

Using our service

By submitting your details or contacting us, you ask us to contact you and to share your request with relevant independent professionals. Our service is provided "as is"; to the fullest extent permitted by law, Chimnova's liability in connection with referrals is limited to the amount you paid Chimnova (our referrals are free to homeowners).
